All you need is a computer with an Internet connection and you’ll be able to do almost all your banking from home, including:

  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • View your statements on-line
  • Make bill payments to any one of 400 TSB Bank approved standard payees
  • Setup your own personal payees and make payments to any New Zealand bank account
  • Sign up to be alerted, by email or TXT, when your account balance hits a pre-defined trigger point.

At TSB Bank we take Internet Banking security seriously and use the latest technology to protect your information. Find out more about some simple things you can do to help protect yourself.

Security

For added security when making payment to personal payees, a TSB Bank Security Token is available if you’d like to make individual payments of more than $1,000 or, more than a total of $2,000 in any one day. The token displays a unique number (which changes every 60 seconds) that you need to enter to authenticate payments of $1,000 (or a lesser amount if you choose). A one-off fee will be charged for the token.

There are two ways of registering for HomeBank Internet. If you are already subscribed to our HomeBank Telephone service, then you can register online and immediately start using this service.

Otherwise simply download and complete an application form and return it to your local TSB Bank.
