Executive Team Kevin Murphy - Managing Director/CEO Kevin has more than 20 years' experience at senior executive level with TSB, contributing as Finance Manager then Deputy CEO, before taking on the Managing Director/CEO role in 2010. Kevin provides leadership, as well as strategic and operational direction. He is a Chartered Accountant and was awarded a fellowship in 2013. He is currently a Board member for Venture Taranaki. Charles Duke - Deputy CEO As Deputy CEO Charles coordinates department planning in accordance with the Bank's strategic direction. He works closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team to deliver on the goals and objectives set out by the CEO. With 30+ years in the IT industry Charles remains keenly interested in technology and also represents the Bank on New Zealand financial industry forums and planning groups, engages with the regulators and looks for opportunities to expand TSB’s profile and spread. Charles is a Board Member of Payments NZ, the Taranaki Rugby Football Union and the Taranaki Chamber of Commerce. Roddy Bennett - GM Finance Roddy holds a BSc in Economics and Accounting, and is an Associate Chartered Accountant. As GM of Finance, Roddy’s role is to provide key strategic financial advice, and assist in determining the Bank's direction and positioning, including business development and operational planning. He is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the Finance and Treasury departments within the Bank. Marie Collins - GM Technology & Support Marie has 20 years of leadership across the banking, technology and energy sectors. As GM Technology & Support, Marie is responsible for strategic leadership of the Bank’s information and technology division and banking operations centre. Audrey Young - GM People & Culture Audrey has a Bachelor of Science (honours) degree from the University of Canterbury and has over 20 years experience in senior People and Culture management positions across both the private and public sectors. As GM People & Culture, Audrey is responsible for aligning TSB's People and Culture strategy with business strategy. Doug Widdowson - GM Risk Doug is responsible for identifying and managing potential risks that could impede TSB Bank's strategies and progress. He has over 20 years’ experience in banking and senior management, and ensures that risk management is delivered effectively, in accordance with best practice and efficiently. Brent Woodhead - GM Marketing Brent is an experienced marketing professional with some of New Zealand’s largest institutions. He has worked within financial services, legal & trustee services and electricity industries and holds an MBA. Brent is responsible for the brand, communications, product, external relations and digital marketing activity for the Bank – as well as playing an active role in the Bank’s strategic planning. Steve O'Shea - GM Customer Sales & Service Steve is an experienced Financial Services professional, with over 30 years in frontline, operational and senior leadership roles across the financial industry within New Zealand. Steve is a Fellow member of Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA), and has an MBA and banking diploma from Massey University. He is responsible for leading TSB's Sales and Customer channels, including branch network.
