Apply for a card in Online Banking
It's now quick and easy to apply for a TSB Bank Visa Classic Credit Card - just log in to Online Banking, click 'apply' and choose 'A Credit Card' to get started. If you'd prefer a Visa Debit card, start the application and you'll have the option to choose this card instead before you send the request to us.

General Banking Information
We've updated our General Banking Information in relation to BusinessBank, Information Rights, On Call and Business accounts, Account and Service Fee Information to include Youth, Society Cheque and Business account fees. Please take some time to read through to understand how they might affect you. By continuing to use our accounts and services, you agree to these changes.

You can now apply to join or transfer to the Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Scheme through Online Banking. It’s quick and easy - simply click ‘Apply’ to get started, and then choose ‘KiwiSaver’ from the available options.

Holds on regular incoming payments
Due to an increase in fraud, we've introduced a hold on some uncleared Automatic Payments under $1000 coming in from other Banks. These funds will show in your account, but will be unavailable until the very end of the next business day. This is to allow for sufficient clearing time, and is consistent with how other Banks accept payments and stop fraudulent activity. Please do check any regular payments going out of your TSB Bank account align with when the funds will be available. If you need help to amend these, please call us on 0800 872 2265.

New Online Banking Dashboard
Our new Dashboard is now available. See your accounts and balances, as well as your recent history and upcoming payments, all from the main screen when you log in. You can change your account image and name on the account here too – simply click on them. If you’ve been using Mobile Banking for Android, you’ll see this is one of the areas we’re making the same, whether you log in on your phone or computer.

Customer Satisfaction Award
We've won another award – Canstar's 'Most Satisfied Customers in Banking – 2015'. This comes off the back of recently being named '2014 Financial Institution of the Year' in the latest Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards. In the annual survey Canstar polled bank customers on their satisfaction with branches, call centres, internet banking, products and pricing, ATMs and friendliness – and we came out on top in overall satisfaction. Email Phishing Scam alert
A phishing scam is currently being emailed that suggests your Online Banking has been locked and you need to verify your details. It looks like it is from us but isn't. If you receive it, please DO NOT click the link in the email and delete it straightaway. If you have clicked the link, please run your antivirus software ASAP, change your Online Banking password, and check your account for any transactions you didn't authorise. We will never require you to click a link in an email to reset your Online Banking account or enter your login details.

Premier rate change
From 1 February, our rates for our Premier accounts will change. Three tiers of our Premier account will be adjusted, and the new rates will be: 
3.00% p.a. on balances up to $19,999
3.25% p.a. on portion of balance from $20,000 - $34,999
3.50% p.a. on portion of balance from $35,000 - $49,999
4.00% p.a. on portion of balance from $50,000 - $99,999
4.15% p.a. on portion of balance over $100,000
