When our customers are happy, so are we. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve won the Consumer NZ People’s Choice award for Banking for the second year running. To achieve this award, a brand must stand out in terms of customer satisfaction. 

We’re sharing the 2017 award with two other New Zealand owned banks, but we topped the overall customer satisfaction result at 87%.

We’ve also been recognized by Canstar Blue with the 2017 award for Overall Customer Satisfaction in banking. We were the only bank to record a maximum rating across all of the evaluated criteria in the Canstar Blue survey. The survey involved 2,412 Kiwis and revealed that customers value us not just for our low fees and competitive rates, but for our quality service and ability to respond to enquiries and provide solutions.

We all strive to ‘put people first’ in every interaction and with every customer and these awards show our efforts are working.
