TSB and Tower Limited have had a long-standing partnership, offering TSB customers general insurance policies since 2004. We have recently entered an agreement with Tower, which means that all TSB Tower insurance policies will now be solely managed by Tower.

What this means for TSB customers with Tower Insurance policies

As Tower is already the underwriter for these policies, customers don’t need to do anything, as their rights, obligations, and policy details remain the same. 

The only difference is that the policy will be managed by Tower. This means all communications will come directly from Tower, and all enquiries will be handled by Tower as well. This new arrangement will make it simpler for our customers, as they’ll now only need to communicate with Tower for everything relating to their policy.
