How it works
PUTTING CUSTOMERS FIRST
Braille on our cards
Putting customers first is at the heart of our philosophy, so we’re always looking for ways that we can
improve our services. All our Visa Classic Credit Cards have ‘TSB C’ printed in braille on them. This is to help our vision
impaired customers identify which card they’re using, as well as identify the orientation of their card.
ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING
Get set up with online and mobile banking so you can take control of your money. Make payments, keep track of spending and check balances all from a mobile, tablet or desktop.
Dispute a transaction
If you find a transaction on your TSB Visa Credit card statement or TSB Visa Debit account that you don’t believe you made, you can dispute it - you have up to 60 days from the transaction date to submit your dispute.
