You can use our online and mobile banking at any time.
If you don't already have this set up - it's a great time to get started. With online or mobile banking, you can check your balances, move money between accounts, monitor your transactions and make payments to people.
If you're not yet registered or are having trouble logging in, please call us on 0800 872 226 and we’ll get you set up and provide any support you need.
You can call us on 0800 872 226 from 8am-7pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-5pm on the weekend.
Please know - your call is important to us, but due to COVID-19 we are experiencing high call volumes, so there may be delays which can be frustrating. Alternatively, you can send us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Here’s how we can support you in branch while New Zealand is in COVID-19 Alert Level 2.
During Alert Level 2 almost all of our branches will be open for normal operating days and hours and providing full banking services, including face to face customer appointments.
However, during Alert Level 2 we will be temporarily closing or reducing hours at some Taranaki branches. We’re doing this so we can have more people working at our open sites to assist with adhering to Government safety protocols, and so we can improve our ability to support customers financially impacted by COVID.
Our branches will be cleaned to the highest standard, two-metre social distancing will be applied and contact tracing will take place.

We encourage you to please use TSB’s mobile and online banking services wherever possible. Our people will be more than happy to get you up to speed with these tools if you haven’t used them before
Where your branch is closed, your local teams are still available to contact during normal working hours to support your more in-depth financial and lending needs via email, phone or video call
Our Customer Engagement Centre team is available to support you from 8am-7pm weekdays and 9am-5pm weekends on 0800 872 226. We are likely to experience higher than normal call volumes, so thank you in advance for your patience if you experience delays. We do have a call back option available
