You can use our online and mobile banking at any time.
If you don't already have this set up - it's a great time to get started. With online or mobile banking, you can check your balances, move money between accounts, monitor your transactions and make payments to people.
If you're not yet registered or are having trouble logging in, please call us on 0800 872 226 and we’ll get you set up and provide any support you need.
You can call us on 0800 872 226 from 8am-7pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-5pm on the weekend.
Please know - your call is important to us, but due to COVID-19 we are experiencing high call volumes, so there may be delays which can be frustrating. Alternatively, you can send us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
From Sunday 28 February, Auckland is in Alert Level 3, our Newmarket and Takapuna branches will remain open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday to offer basic transactional services (e.g. cash withdrawal, payments).
Our Botany and NorthWest branches are temporarily closed until further notice.
With the rest of New Zealand in Alert Level 2, all other TSB branches will continue to be open as normal with contact tracing and social distancing in place.
