You can use our online and mobile banking at any time.
If you don't already have this set up - it's a great time to get started. With online or mobile banking, you can check your balances, move money between accounts, monitor your transactions and make payments to people.
If you're not yet registered or are having trouble logging in, please call us on 0800 872 226 and we’ll get you set up and provide any support you need.
You can call us on 0800 872 226 from 8am-7pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-5pm on the weekend.
Please know - your call is important to us, but due to COVID-19 we are experiencing high call volumes, so there may be delays which can be frustrating. Alternatively, you can send us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Now New Zealand is at COVID-19 Alert Level One, from Monday 15 June 2020 our branches will return to normal opening hours. New Plymouth Centre, Palmerston North and Christchurch will remain closed on Saturday’s at this stage.
Please be assured, our branches will be cleaned and sanitised to the highest standard and the Government self-tracing app QR code will be on display for your use.
We appreciate your patience while we’ve had different arrangements in place for these branches during other Alert Levels. We're looking forward to reconnecting with more of our customers in person from Monday next week.
