TSB Social Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition promoter is TSB Bank Ltd (“TSB”).
  2. The Promotion starts at 10am on Wednesday 22  June 2022 and ends at 11:59pm on Wednesday 29th June 2022.
  3. There are 5 book packs to giveaway. The prize is for two books. 1x Matariki Around the World: A Cluster of Stars, a Cluster of Stories, 1x Stolen Stars of Matariki.
  4. To enter the Promotion an entrant must comment on TSB’s Instagram or Facebook.
  5. Entry is limited to one entry per entrant on either Instagram or Facebook. Additional or group entries will not be considered.
  6. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over at the time of entry.
  7. TSB employees and other related persons are ineligible for the prize draw. For a full list of excluded parties please refer to TSB’s General Banking Information.
  8. Entries by non-eligible entrants will not be considered.
  9. The Promotion winner will be drawn within 72 hours of the end of the Promotion. TSB will make reasonable endeavours to contact the winner of the prize draw. If the winner cannot be contacted by TSB within 7 days of the prize draw, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn. TSB will contact the winner of the prize draw via a direct message to the winner’s Instagram or Facebook within 48 hours of the prize draw.
  10. The decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into by TSB.
  11. The Promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
  12. TSB reserves the right to suspend or terminate the prize draw, amend these Terms and Conditions (including the period and entry criteria for the Promotion) or withdraw the prize draw at any time, in its absolute discretion. 
  13. By participating, entrants grant TSB permission to use their name in connection with the Promotion and use their personal details for future promotion and marketing purposes.
  14. Any personal information supplied will be dealt with in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and TSB’s standard information security requirements.
