Business Banking security token expiring
To continue using BusinessBank and to meet the requirements of the ‘Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act’ all token users are required to sign BusinessBank User Terms and Conditions and provide identification.
All new token user/s need to:
- Complete a Super User/Token User application form (below)
- Provide identification
Existing token user/s may need to (see table on your email for who we require this information for):
What’s next?
Return all completed documents by emailing them to businessbank@tsbbank.co.nz or dropping them into your nearest TSB Bank branch.
Any new token/s required will be sent once we receive the completed BusinessBank Application/Advice of Change form and the individual Super User/Token User Application form.
