What you need to do

Log in to Online or Mobile Banking. You can check and update your contact details yourself in the ‘Profile’ section of the left-hand menu. When you update your details a code will be sent to your phone to verify the change. If you no longer have access to your old number, call us on 0800 872 226 or visit us in branch.

  1. Log in to Online Banking using the button below
  2. Click your profile picture or name in the top left corner
  3. If your contact details aren't correct, click the relevant field to change them

  1. Log in to Mobile Banking using your phone app
  2. Select Menu icon in the top left corner, and then your profile picture or name
  3. Select the 'Contact' tab at the top right
  4. If your contact details aren't correct, select the relevant field to change them
