We can help you reset it
If you've forgotten the password you use to log in to online banking, here's what to do:
Step 1. Call us on 0508 692 265 (Mon-Fri 8am-7pm or Sat-Sun 9am-5pm except Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and ANZAC Day before 1pm) or pop in to your branch.
Step 2. You'll be asked a handful of security questions only you will know the answer to.
Step 3. We'll give you a temporary password.
Step 4. Log into Online Banking with the temporary password, and then choose a new security password.
HINT: When you're next alerted to your password expiry, look for the option to keep your password for another 90 days if you don't want to change it right away.
