TSB Bank wins HRINZ Workplace Engagement Programme of the Year Award
For the very first time, TSB Bank has taken out a Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ) workplace engagement initiative award. The HRINZ Workplace Engagement Programme of the Year 2017 award recognises excellence in outstanding initiatives that demonstrate significant achievement in the improvement of workforce engagement culture in an organisation.
The Bank impressed judges with the successful development and launch of an internal culture programme. The winning award submission detailed the launch of the Bank’s new Purpose, Challenge and Internal Values along with supporting communication and engagement activities to successfully embed this new mind set throughout the organisation.
“We are very humbled to receive this accolade,” says Kevin Murphy, Chief Executive of TSB Bank. “Our internal culture has always been strong, but this project has positively influenced our employee engagement and is a credit to our people around the country who really got on board and supported the programme’s initiatives with passion and enthusiasm.”
The other finalist in the running for Best Workplace Engagement Initiative was NZ Tourism Company, Real Journeys.
