TSB continues to cement the expertise of its Board of Directors with the appointment of current director, Mike Schubert, as Deputy Chair.
Mr Schubert’s appointment comes after the retirement of previous Deputy, Murray Bain, in mid-June, and Mark Darrow taking up the role of TSB Chair in March.
Mr Schubert joined TSB as a director in August 2021, and became the Chair of the Audit Committee shortly after.
He has an extensive history working in governance and executive roles across professional services, health, primary industries, and technology sectors, while he is also a former partner of professional services firm PwC and CEO of law firm MinterEllisonRuddWatts.
Mr Schubert’s other governance roles include at Silver Fern Farm Limited, ProCare and Homecare medical (Healthline), and MiMoMax Wireless Limited.
