How your TSB Eftpos card works with Online Banking

You’ll use your TSB Eftpos card number (along with a personal security password) to log in to Online Banking, and Phone Banking, giving you instant access to your accounts.

If you’re looking to travel to Australia you’ll be able to use your TSB Eftpos card at any Commonwealth Bank ATM2. There’ll be a service fee, but you won’t be caught short on holiday.

    1. If you choose to use an ATM not owned by a bank in New Zealand, this may incur a service fee (in addition to any standard account transaction fee) for which TSB receives a commission.

    2. When you use your card in Australia the previous business day sell exchange rate will apply to the transaction. There’ll also be a NZ$5 service fee. Both fees will be charged when you withdraw, and will apply to all transactions with Commonwealth Bank ATM’s in Australia.
