At TSB, we understand that our people are what make us successful, which is why we take a holistic approach to supporting our peoples’ wellbeing.

This includes three ‘Me Days’ every year for people to focus on doing things that make them happy, an annual community day, two weeks of purchasable “lifestyle leave”, fully paid parental leave for 26 weeks, and a comprehensive wellbeing platform where our people can access wellbeing assistance, tools, and resources.  

We believe in shared accountability and shared success, which is why all permanent employees are eligible to receive an incentive payment.
