What you’ll need

  • Proof of your income, such as pay slips, bank statements, dividends, commission

  • A summary of your expenses, such as credit cards, insurance, or any hire purchases

  • Financial statements for the last three months, such as bank or hire purchase statements

  • A copy of the Sale & Purchase agreement, once you’ve made an offer

  • If you’re building, then copies of plans, specifications and your builders contract

  • If you’re applying as a trust, then Trust identification documents

No problem - you can set up both your home loan and personal account at the same time. In addition to the above, you’ll need to send us some standard identification
