TSB has partnered with the New Zealand Banking Association and other New Zealand banks to deliver banking hubs in our regional communities. 

The hubs offer people living in these communities the ability to access basic banking services in person, with dedicated staff on-site to assist customers. 

Regional Banking Hub services

The hubs provide basic banking services, including Smart ATMs for cash withdrawals and deposits, digital banking, and dedicated staff on-site to assist customers. TSB customers can use their TSB Debit or Credit Mastercard and EFTPOS card for cash withdrawals at Smart ATMs, but can only use their EFTPOS card to make cash deposits into a TSB account linked to their EFTPOS card. Other transactions can also be done on tablets and phones at the hubs.  

As a TSB customer, you can access the Regional Banking Hub services fee free.   

Financial advice and other banking services are not available at the hubs – please get in touch with our contact centre if you require further assistance.
