What to expect when you apply

Apply online

  • Keep an eye on our vacancies page for roles that interest you – you can even bookmark the page for future use. 
  • Submit your application with your CV and cover letter.  
  • Ensure you answer all the questions! These help us to assess your application.

     

Next steps

If your application progresses, the following steps may take place: 

  • Pre-screening (a quick chat over the phone) 
  • Formal interview 
  • Possible second interview (depending on the role) 

Interviews

You’ll meet with members of our team to explore the role in more detail.  

Interviews at TSB generally involve a mix of competency based and role related questions. Prepare by reading our interview tips. 

Assessment (if applicable)

Some roles may require a short task, such as a presentation and/or psychometric assessment to help us understand your approach and skills. 

Checks

If you’re successful, we’ll progress to pre-employment checks. This involves a criminal convictions history check, AML/PEP check, credit check and reference checks.

Offer & onboarding

Our offer and onboarding procedure is completed online.
