Foreign cash

  • Currently, TSB provides AUD, USD, GBP, and EUR as currencies.
  • Sort your money before you travel overseas.
  • Have cash on-hand for purchases overseas.
  • Deposit foreign currency directly into your TSB account when you return (note: coins are not exchanged).
  • Purchase foreign currency via your TSB account.

How to buy foreign cash

When ordering foreign cash, allow five business days to order your foreign currency as not all branches hold foreign cash. We do recommend ordering earlier to allow for any unexpected delays.

Foreign cash orders must be paid for in branch, at the rate quoted at the time the order is made, before we can order the cash. We may ask for identity and other information before we can complete your foreign cash order.
