How credit cards work

Check out all the things you should
know about how our credit cards work.

Braille on our cards

To help our vision impaired customers identify which card they’re using, our debit and credit cards have ‘TSB D’, ‘TSB L’ or ‘TSB P’ printed in braille on them.

Our new debit and credit cards have a vertical design, so the braille is printed on the lower left side, to help customers identify the orientation of their card for tapping or inserting the chip.

Monitor your card online

With online and mobile banking you can take control of your money. Make payments, keep track of spending and check balances all from your mobile, tablet or desktop.
