TSB Bank’s Customer Satisfaction takes another Award

New Plymouth, New Zealand – On Monday 27 June, Roy Morgan Research CEO Michele Levine presented TSB Bank with the award for Financial Institution of the Year for 2015/2016 at the New Zealand Customer Satisfaction Awards in Auckland.

This is the third time that TSB Bank has been recognised by Roy Morgan for this award. 

Michele Levine says "Now in its fifth year, the Roy Morgan Research Customer Satisfaction Awards have proven to be the definitive annual record of the local and international businesses most consistently satisfying their New Zealand customers."
