What happens next?

2. Set up online banking & the mobile app

The easiest way to access and manage your accounts is through online banking and the TSB mobile app. Once your account is open, we’ll send a confirmation email, along with instructions on how to register for these services. 

3. Open additional accounts

Once you're set up with online banking, you can open additional everyday, savings or term investment accounts. Simply click ‘Apply’ in the left-hand menu to get started.

Applied for a joint account?

We’ve sent an email to the second applicant to let them know you’ve requested a joint account to be opened with them and what they need to do. If they haven’t received an email from us after ten minutes, give us a call on 0800 872 226 Monday – Friday 8am - 6pm, or weekends 9am – 5pm to check that we’ve received your application, and the email address is correct.
