TSB mobile app

If you’ve already signed up to online banking you can download the TSB mobile app using the links or QR code above. Once you’ve downloaded the app you can sign in using your online banking login credentials.

Tap on the “Forgot my PIN code” link on the login screen. From there you can enter your Customer ID and password to start the reset PIN process.

You can update your mobile phone number in the ‘Profile’ section of TSB online banking or in the TSB mobile app. As this is how you authenticate payments on these platforms, you will need to complete authentication of the new mobile number from your currently listed mobile phone number (or security token if you have one). If you need assistance, please call our team on 0800 872 226 (8am to 6pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm weekends).

Our text authentication process is not currently available for payment authentication while you are overseas. If you are overseas for a significant period of time, you might need to obtain a security token to allow you to continue to transact online. Please call our team to discuss this further on 0800 872 226 in NZ or +64 6 968 3700 from overseas.

You can view your last 12 months of statements in TSB online banking.

Bank statements are currently not available to view or access via our TSB mobile app.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international payments via our digital banking platforms. If you would like more information on how to complete an international payment (also called an international transfer or telegraphic transfer), please send us a message or call our team on 0800 872 226.

There is a transactional limit in place for most payments (excluding those made via the Tax Payment option) of $50,000 per transaction. We are not able to increase this limit on an individual basis. This is not a daily limit and you will be able to complete as many payments as needed of this value. To complete a higher value payment, please call our team on 0800 872 226.

This does not affect transfers between your own TSB accounts – they don’t have a limit.

If you login using a mobile username or password, you will need to call us on 0800 872 226 if you forget your login details.



From July 2025 you can use your TSB Online Banking Customer ID and password to login to the TSB mobile app on iPhone or iPad. This option will be available on Android devices from March 2026. You can reset your forgotten Online Banking password from the TSB Online Banking login page.



If you have forgotten the PIN code you use to login to the TSB mobile app, you can reset it by entering either your Customer ID and password or mobile username and password.

This feature is currently not offered in online banking or the TSB mobile app.

Yes, you can download the TSB mobile app on multiple devices. If you have set up a PIN code to log in on one device, you can use the same PIN to log in to the app on all mobile devices that are registered to you.
